Donna Dalton has a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MS from Cal State University, Fullerton. Donna’s engineering career included working on missile tracking systems and then on avionics software testing for both the C17 and the B2 Stealth Bomber. She’s also worked in the field of sport science, working with Olympic and elite athletes for the Olympic Training Center and Carmichael Training Systems. She has taught undergraduates at Cal State University Fullerton and Cal State University Long Beach.

Currently, Donna owns a computer consulting firm called ByteMarks Computer Maintenance, in Basalt, Colorado. She also teaches computer classes at Colorado Mountain College in Aspen, as well as computer workshops at her shop location in Basalt and at the Partnering for Success facility in Carbondale, Colorado. She is also one of several hosts of the popular “Geek Speak” radio show, where anyone can listen and/or call in with computer questions every Monday from 4:30 – 5:00 pm (Mountain Time) on kdnk.org.

Donna and her staff work both PC and Mac computer environments. Donna is an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.5. ByteMarks specializes in computer networking, backup services, maintenance, troubleshooting, service, repair, tutoring, along with many other computer services. Their motto is, “Don’t wait until you need to call us.” Come by the shop to see Donna’s first Apple SE (with a 9-inch screen) from 1980′s. It still works!
